How we work

Payment Details

We accept credit card, cheque or BACS payments. You will be given a choice of how to pay and when to pay during your sign up.

On receipt of payment we will send you the following:

• Receipt of your order
• Instructions on what we need from you to complete your order
• Confirmation that a copywriter will contact you
• Copies of our terms of reference and our terms and conditions

What we do to complete your order.

On receipt of your deposit we will contact you. Your account manager will ask for a letterhead and any images you have. He or she will also arrange a convenient time for a copywriter to call.

Once the copywriter has contacted you and asked questions about your business we will build the web site and add content for your approval. On approval we will add search engine optimisation, arrange a domain name transfer or buy you a new one and set it live on one of our servers and host your web site. At this point we will also set up your e-mail accounts.

We will then support websmart for twelve months. You then have the choice to renew the hosting and ongoing search engine optimisation for just £349 + vat or take your web site elsewhere if we have not managed to dramatically increase your online sales opportunities.
